Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our mystery headquarters.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the items for quality, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
